The partnership lets Google Cloud customers buy Aily’s decision intelligence platform under existing contracts, without a new vendor review.

Aily Labs, a developer of AI-native decision intelligence software for enterprises, announced a partnership with Google Cloud to bring its platform to the Google Cloud Marketplace. The companies say the partnership pairs Google Cloud’s AI infrastructure with Aily’s decision intelligence tools to help pharmaceutical and biotech companies adopt AI at scale.

Enterprises already running on Google Cloud can discover and purchase Aily’s platform through their existing cloud contracts, allowing that spend to count toward committed cloud agreements. Once deployed, Aily’s AI agents can be added to a company’s Agent Gallery within Gemini Enterprise without a separate compliance review or vendor process, according to the companies.

“Listing on Google Cloud Marketplace is an important distribution milestone for Aily Labs,” said Bianca Diana Anghelina, CEO and founder of Aily Labs. “It gives our customers a faster way to innovate and make better decisions with their data. Google Cloud provides the platform with Gemini Enterprise, while Aily adds a decision intelligence layer that turns information into action. Aily brings deep pharma and life sciences expertise to help customers deploy AI at scale.”

“Our collaboration with Aily Labs is a step forward in helping pharmaceutical and biotech organizations move beyond data fragmentation to real, actionable decision intelligence,” said Shweta Maniar, global director of life sciences strategy and solutions at Google Cloud. “By integrating Aily’s decision-ready AI agents directly into Gemini Enterprise, we are enabling teams to seamlessly connect siloed data across research, manufacturing, and supply chains. This ensures global life sciences leaders can make high-stakes, data-driven decisions at the speed and scale of today’s highly regulated market demands.”

Under the partnership, Aily will build on Google Cloud’s infrastructure, including its Gemini Enterprise Agent Platform, BigQuery, Gemini models and AI agent tools, aiming to connect fragmented enterprise data and generate recommendations for decision-makers. The companies say joint customers will receive a combined offering designed to accelerate time-to-value and improve decision quality across an organization.

Large companies typically operate across dozens of separate data systems, with information often failing to reach the teams who need it in time to act on it. Aily’s platform is designed to connect those systems and generate specific recommendations for decision-makers, coordinated through a single interface called the Super Agent, which the company says manages thousands of specialized AI agents across finance, supply chain, manufacturing, R&D and commercial operations.

Aily says pharmaceutical companies use its platform to accelerate clinical development, optimize regulatory submissions, improve capital allocation, and strengthen manufacturing and supply chain performance.
