VoiceLine Raises €10M to Reinvent Field Sales

Must read

Munich-based VoiceLine secures €10M Series A to expand its voice AI platform that automates CRM updates and frontline workflows for enterprises.

A Munich-based startup aiming to eliminate administrative drag for field teams has secured €10 million in Series A funding, betting that voice will become the most natural interface for enterprise software.

VoiceLine, which builds a voice-first artificial intelligence platform for field sales and service teams, said the round was led by Alstin Capital and Peak, with participation from existing investors Scalehouse Capital, Venture Stars and NAP.

The Administrative Burden of Field Work

For field sales representatives and mobile service technicians, time is spent primarily with customers — traveling between appointments, conducting site visits and coordinating follow-ups. Yet documentation, CRM updates and internal handovers often trail behind, forcing employees to dedicate hours each week to administrative tasks.

The result can be incomplete reporting, missed follow-ups and valuable customer insights that never reach enterprise systems. Managers, in turn, operate without real-time visibility into frontline activity.

VoiceLine’s platform addresses this gap by allowing employees to record voice memos immediately after a customer interaction or call an AI assistant by phone. The system converts spoken inputs into structured visit reports, CRM entries, follow-up tasks and visit preparation notes, synchronizing them in real time with existing CRM, ERP and enterprise platforms.

For managers, the payoff is structured data from interactions that were previously informal or lost altogether — enabling clearer visibility into customer needs, market signals and operational performance.

Voice as the Enterprise Interface

“Field sales continues to be the backbone revenue driver for many industrial or services organizations,” said Nicolas Höflinger, chief executive and co-founder of VoiceLine. “With VoiceLine, we are revolutionizing the end-to-end reality of frontline work — from visit preparation and documentation to follow-ups, analytics and insights — using voice as the most natural interface.”

Unlike traditional CRM transformation projects, which can take months and require significant IT resources, VoiceLine says its platform can be deployed within days. The system is designed to meet enterprise security requirements while enabling customized AI rollouts with minimal technical overhead.

Enterprise Adoption and Expansion

VoiceLine is already used by mid-market and enterprise customers including DACHSER, ABB, Knauf, KSB and Elis, supporting deployments across multiple countries and thousands of frontline users.

The new capital will fund team expansion and continued development of the AI platform, with hiring planned across product, sales, customer success and partnerships. The company also intends to extend its technology to additional frontline use cases and accelerate its international growth.

As enterprises look to embed AI into everyday workflows rather than siloed dashboards, VoiceLine is making a case that the next leap in productivity may begin not with typing, but with speaking.
