Vectra AI and Zscaler enhance threat detection with deep SASE traffic visibility, uniting AI-driven NDR and Zero Trust for stronger, simpler security.
Vectra AI, Inc., the cybersecurity AI company that protects modern networks from modern attacks, announced an expanded technical integration with Zscaler™, the leader in cloud security. This collaboration provides customers with comprehensive visibility into SASE traffic, significantly enhancing detection, investigation, and response through the Vectra AI Platform’s network detection and response (NDR) capabilities, simplifying security operations, and enabling robust enforcement of Zero Trust principles.
As enterprises increasingly adopt SASE solutions like Zscaler Internet Access™ (ZIA™) and Zscaler Private Access™ (ZPA™) to securely enable remote and hybrid work environments, maintaining comprehensive threat detection capabilities has become critically important. Vectra AI’s integration with the Zscaler Zero Trust Exchange ensures organizations no longer have to compromise between the business agility provided by SASE architectures and advanced cybersecurity visibility.
“The integration of the Vectra AI Platform with the Zscaler Zero Trust Exchange brings the full power of Vectra AI’s market-leading AI capabilities to the breadth of Zscaler’s customer base, regardless of user location,” said Jeff Reed, Chief Product Officer at Vectra AI. “This solution addresses a critical customer pain point—delivering complete visibility and advanced threat detection while fully embracing the productivity of SASE.”
This new integration builds on Vectra AI and Zscaler’s existing partnership, extending their prior technical collaboration around Zscaler Private Access. By including Zscaler Internet Access, the joint solution provides a holistic view of network traffic across both secure web gateways and private access scenarios. The integration allows Vectra AI’s NDR platform to ingest telemetry from Zscaler, providing enhanced capabilities for threat hunting, lateral movement detection, and forensic analysis.

“We are excited to strengthen our partnership with Vectra AI,” said Naresh Kumar, Head of ZIA, at Zscaler. “This integration underscores our commitment to delivering comprehensive and seamless security solutions that support customers’ evolving needs for enhanced agility, deeper visibility, and threat detection. Together, we’re enabling enterprises to securely adopt cloud-first approaches without compromising critical cybersecurity controls.”
This technical integration is particularly timely, responding to significant market demand from enterprises moving towards SASE-based solutions. Security operations (SecOps) and network operations (NetOps) teams, as well as CISOs, will benefit from simplified operations and enhanced security capabilities, empowering them to enforce Zero Trust policies effectively while maintaining comprehensive visibility and control.
