Valeo Networks enters the Ohio market by acquiring MSP SpliceNet Consulting, boosting cybersecurity and IT services with strong legal sector expertise.
Valeo Networks, a leading A.I.-enabled Managed Security Service Provider (MSSP), today announced its acquisition of SpliceNet Consulting, a prominent Managed Service Provider (MSP) based in Cincinnati, Ohio. The financial terms of the transaction have not been disclosed.
This acquisition marks Valeo Networks’ entry into the Ohio market, establishing the company’s first presence in the state. SpliceNet Consulting brings comprehensive expertise in managed IT services, cybersecurity, cloud computing, and data recovery solutions. The company has particular strength serving the legal sector, with over 200 law firms as clients built over 25 years of operations.
SpliceNet is also a recognized leader in helping organizations adopt AI technologies such as Microsoft Copilot, working in cooperation with Microsoft through its endorsed monthly Copilot virtual speaking engagements.
Under the leadership of founder Jim Gast, SpliceNet Consulting has established itself as a trusted provider of professional managed IT and cybersecurity services in the Cincinnati market. As the company integrates into the organization, all SpliceNet employees will become part of Valeo Networks.
