TeleMate launches the latest version of its UC&C observability platform, boosting scale, performance, and real-time visibility for enterprises.
TeleMate on Tuesday announced the general availability of a major new release of its UC&C Observability platform, designed to help large enterprises troubleshoot faster, reduce operational risk, and deliver more reliable collaboration experiences at scale.
The updated platform is built for hybrid, cloud-first, and multi-vendor environments, providing end-to-end observability across collaboration tools, including Cisco Webex, Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Pexip, and legacy UC&C infrastructure. TeleMate said the release is aimed at organizations supporting hundreds of thousands of users, millions of devices, and highly distributed communication and contact center systems.

The new architecture significantly enhances the performance and scalability of TeleMate’s UC&C Assurance engine, enabling deployments of more than 500,000 users and over one million monitored devices. The platform is also designed to support large, multi-cluster environments, including federal and global enterprise operations.
“Enterprises are managing unprecedented UC&C complexity,” said Steve Tabaska, chief executive of TeleMate. “This release delivers the scale, intelligence, and visibility organizations need to diagnose issues faster and operate with confidence.”
Key enhancements include advanced device-level experience monitoring with Web Real-Time Communication intelligence across browser-based collaboration services such as Cisco Webex, Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and NICE. TeleMate has also added native integration with Pexip, expanding visibility into video collaboration quality and interoperability workflows.

The company has further improved the UC Assurance user experience with enhanced filtering, clearer visualizations of meetings and call flows, and streamlined navigation of high-volume message, event, log, and trace data. TeleMate said these updates can reduce troubleshooting times from hours to minutes.
With the general availability of this release, TeleMate said it is reinforcing its position as a vendor-neutral UC&C observability platform built to meet the demands of modern enterprise communication environments.
